How to plan your wardrobe for the season of unlocking

Britain may finally see itself heading on its way out of lockdowns, with a pathway to all restrictions being lifted from 21st June. Before then, bars and restaurants make their comeback, firstly as outdoor service in April, followed by indoors by May. Fashion planning then, has never been such a challenge!

You may have seen on our Instagram last week we put some ideas on how to style your Spring Summer with unlocking in mind, here’s how we’d choose our boxes:

March

March means we get to spend longer outside, for picnics and coffees in the park, and we begin to see more people than we’ve previously been allowed. What we’re aiming for hear then is something warm, stylish and just a tad “dressy”.

April

Think picnics and more social gatherings – the weather’s still going to be on the chilly side, unless we’re lucky enough to have a heatwave, so we’ve packed ourselves a versatile box so we’re ready for any occasion (and a vino in the Olympic Park).

May

Finally we get to go back to the pub and enjoy a meal out at our favourite restaurants (reserve a table sooner rather than later!). This is where the party (almost) starts for dressing to impress. We’re not holding back either as our choices show:
